IT'S ALL ABOUT OUR BRITTLE RECIPE

Our secret family recipe dates back to the 1930’s. Three generations of the Aus family have used the same buttery, delicious recipe to keep customers coming back. The freshest nuts, pure sugar and Grade AA butter assure the quality of our candy is best on the market. And we don’t use any preservatives.

WE'VE PERFECTED OUR TECHNIQUE

The freshest ingredients are heated in our copper kettle and stirred with a wooden paddle. We pour it onto a marble table and hand-pull the brittle to cool. We break the brittle into treat-sized pieces and pack it fresh the same day.
