Hi, we’re Tom and Laurie Aus and we want to share our family’s candy recipe with you. In fact, we are the third-generation of our family to use the same delicious, buttery brittle recipe. It’s a secret recipe our family cherishes and we hope you enjoy eating it as much as we enjoy making it.

We use the freshest ingredients and nuts to create, from-scratch, the tastiest peanut, pecan, coconut and cashew brittle. Click, order, then you can taste what generations of people have already experienced: the rich & creamy candies made - by hand - by the Aus family.

You can purchase our candies from about Oct. through March. The rest of the year there is too much humidity in the air to properly hand-pour our candy. After over 70 years of experience, we have this down to a science! A tasty, “give me more” kind of science…
